Brief Summary:

Hello,

I need is a single web form which is similar as much possible to the Windows Form named "Magazzino": see the picture.
 
This WebForm should be done cloning an already existing web form named "Banco": you'll find the source code in attach or can see now online here: www.info2000.biz/go/go.aspx?menuID=54. In other words I need the graphical work: no programming stuff, just create labels/text boxes and buttons.

The top right box is already done.

You have to use Telerik's components.

This is not an urgent task so you can do that at your free time.

There is no code to write.

Please download the Windows software: http://www.info2000.biz/download/ALCAMagazzino.exe , click on button named "Magazzino" and there you will see what to be replicated: you may reuse objects already done into Banco web's form here attached.

In the close future I'll need other web forms done in same way Magazzino will be and banco has already been done.

I have my own in-house server.

No. The worker is responsible for creating their own development and/or qc environment.
Legal: 1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future).
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
2a) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request (unless specified elsewhere by the Buyer).
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.

At moment ow bid winning, you'll recevice a moost updated source code.
